Our philosophy is Work Hard, Play Hard.
- At SP, our philosophy is to work hard and play hard.
- The C&E Department plans and coordinates Conventions and Events for both Agency Leaders and Financial Consultants. These events help to foster greater sense of bonding and camaraderie amongst members, and help to instill a culture of love and respect.
Awards and Recognition
- Every year, we celebrate the success of our top producers and award winners at a gala where corporate VIPs like the CEO and various department heads are invited to grace the occasion.
SP Day
- SP Group was founded on 1st August 2002 and we celebrate our 20th Anniversary this year.
- To commemorate the occasion, we held a Sports Day, a Dinner & Dance and a Family Day where everyone gathered to bond and have fun.
Fraternity
- A bi-monthly gathering is held for the management team to promote team spirit and encourage dialogue. The sessions will always end with a good dinner together as we are a family that eats together and stays together.
Incentive Trips
- In recognition of our hard work and good performance, incentive trips are organized annually where achievers receive the VIP treatment. We have gone on trips to different countries all over the world.
Charity
- In SP, we strongly believe that charity is important because it helps to improve the quality of life for others and build stronger communities. We feel privileged to give back to the society by providing our time, to give hope and love to those who are in need. It is not only good to our soul but also promotes good values and inspire others to do good deeds.
